National Day of Action to Target Target | February 11

The ICE Out of Minnesota coalition is calling on all of us across the nation to take an action this Wednesday, Feb. 11, at a Target store to demand that this retail giant whose corporate offices are based in Minneapolis publicly call for ICE to get out of Minnesota. Organizers are calling for sit-ins; candlelight vigils; buying salt to “melt ICE” and then returning it; and marching, singing, and chanting while walking through store aisles (for other suggested actions, click here). More information about the coalition’s demands are here. This kind of action is a part of the ever-expanding efforts by organizations around the country to pressure and motivate business leaders to step up and pull their support from Trump’s regime.
